Activities
Mr. O’Donovan began his career at
Wolverine World Wide, Inc., June 10, 1969, and has held various senior
management positions in the Wolverine Brand, Bates and Hush Puppies
Divisions. In May 1992, he was appointed president of the Hush Puppies
Company and corporate executive
vice president. In April, 1996, he was
elected to the position of president of Wolverine World Wide, Inc., added
the title of chief operating
officer in 1997, and was appointed
chief executive
officer in April 2000. He has been a member of the
board of
directors of Wolverine World Wide since 1993.
He serves on the board of directors for Spartan Stores, Inc.,
and the Grand Rapids Symphony. He is an executive
committee and board
member of the Two/Ten International Footwear Foundation. Tim also serves as
a member of the Michigan State University CIBER Advisory
Council, and a Campaign Cabinet Member, United Way of Western
Michigan.
Tim and his wife, Karen, have two sons and reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
