| College of Business DAC Awards Ceremony Gallery, Memorial Union April 30, 2003 |
On April 30, 2003, the College of Business presented the Dean’s Advisory Council (DAC) awards to faculty and staff for extraordinary contributions over the past year. Rhonda R. Lummus, associate professor of Production/Operations Management received the Business Impact Award for demonstrating an impact on industry practice and strengthening the College's ties to the business community. Samuel M. De Marie, associate professor of management was presented the Graduate Teaching Award for outstanding graduate teaching performance. Paula C. Morrow, university professor of management, accepted the Research Award for the most impact on other business researchers over a two-year period. Ruth B. Braymen, secretary, received the Superior Service Award – Merit and Kimberly S. Schroeder, director of marketing and alumni relations received the Superior Service Award - Professional and Scientific to recognize their contributions to the College. Michael R. Crum, professor of transportation and logistics, was presented the Undergraduate Teaching Award for outstanding undergraduate teaching performance. Gary D. Koppenhaver, associate professor of finance, received the Innovation in Teaching Award recognizing creativity, innovation, and special accomplishments in teaching.
