Graduate Business Career Services provides a link between you, the prospective employer and MBA, Master of Science and Master of Accounting students in the Iowa State University College of Business.  We also have experienced alumni of our programs who may be interested in working for your company.  Contact Graduate Business Career Services for assistance with any or all of the following:

Campus Interviews, Job Postings, Resume Referrals: MBA, MS, and MAcc campus interviews, job postings, and resume referrals are now managed via our comprehensive "Iowa State University Career Management Services" (ISU CMS) web-delivery system.  This comprehensive system is coordinated in conjunction with the Colleges of Agriculture, Business, Engineering, and Liberal Arts and Sciences, allowing you to manage your multiple recruiting priorities with ease.  With this arrangement, it is possible for you to interview MBA, MS, and MAcc students as well as undergraduate business students, agriculture or liberal arts/sciences students, and/or engineers on one interview trip.

Career Fairs: Plan to attend the next Career Fair (events are held in Fall and Spring) to increase your visibility to ISU MBA, MS, and MAcc students.

Group Meetings/Information Sessions: Arrange an informal open house on the ISU campus or at your own location, to provide information about career opportunities at your company.

Campus Visits: Either in conjunction with campus interviews or at any other time, a visit to a class related to your business or a presentation to our active MBA Association can enhance your campus recruiting efforts.

Recruiting Consortium:  The Iowa State MBA program is a member of the Southwest MBA Alliance.  The Director of Graduate Career Services will be happy to provide you with information about the Alliance's 12-MBA program Career Expo.  See www.southwestmba.org for more information.

Experienced Hires:  Alumni of our graduate programs return to Graduate Business Career Services when returning to the job market.  We maintain e-mail lists of these experienced candidates, and will be happy to communicate your experienced hiring needs to them.
