Career Management Services What is ISU Career Management Services? Iowa State University Career Management Services (ISUCMS) is an online career management system representing a partnership between Career Services Offices in the Iowa State University Colleges of Business, Agriculture, Engineering, and Liberal Arts & Sciences. We use this system to manage employment opportunity postings, campus interviewing, internships, career fair registration, and resume submission for our students, alumni, and employers. Our partnership with Engineering Career Services allows employers to recruit a wide range of employment candidate profiles with ease, and allows students and alumni to leverage a broad array of employment opportunities.
