Outcome Assessment Model
College of Business Outcomes Assessment Model
In 2004, a task force evaluated the College’s outcomes assessment efforts, and established the following assessment model/cycle for revitalizing and improving the College’s outcomes assessment program.

A direct result of the task force’s efforts was an evaluation and revision of all existing College and departmental outcomes and to begin to identify methods that could be used to directly measure learning. Another direct result of the task force was the faculty decision to establish an outcomes assessment committee, which is charged with the responsibility to oversee college and departmental assessment processes; to aid in the on-going development of direct outcomes assessment measures; to consolidate, evaluate, and monitor all assessment data within the College; to conduct assessment of college-wide outcomes; to communicate assessment information with curriculum committee, faculty, and administration; and to log/monitor actions taken by faculty in response to outcomes assessment.
