Undergraduate Advising

The College of Business at Iowa State University prepares people to succeed in dynamic business environments and to meet the challenges of doing business in today's fast-paced marketplace. We are committed to creating a community that fosters strong alliances among business, students and faculty.

Our mission, in undergraduate advising, is to help each of our students achieve his or her academic and personal goals. We recommend that all business students visit our office and meet regularly with an academic advisor throughout their years in college.

Services
Pre-business Advising - professional advisors are available to pre-business students in the College of Business.

Declared Major Advisors - advisors available to students who have declared their major in the College of Business.

Peer Advisors - members of student Business Council are available to answer general questions from students.

Application to Professional Program - Conditional admit applications are due the 4th Friday of fall and spring semesters.  Regular admit applications are due Friday of dead week fall and spring semesters. Summer Regulars deadlines are end of 1st and 2nd summer session.  Early Admits deadlines are October 27th for Fall Semester and March 30st for Spring Semester.
