I have uploaded a pretty good example set for the project to the right. I think it should give you a sense of how to resolve your documentation, as well as an appropriate level of detail for the project documents. I know that the templates that I've linked to tend to have less detail, but I personally think that you should get used to putting in more useful detail into these types of documents.
