Iowa State University College of Business

Business Career Services Grants of $2,500 each are awarded each semester of each academic year and are intended to provide funds that support students who have secured international internships OR unpaid domestic internships.

Eligibility Requirements

Grants are open to current College of Business undergraduate students at Iowa State University. Interns must be enrolled at least one semester after the end of the internship.

Selection Criteria

A Business Career Services committee will select Grants recipients based on the quality of the applicant's application, resume and the degree to which the internship supports the experiential educational needs of the individual. Please provide a signed letter from the employer stating job title and term (start/end dates) of your internship/co-op.

Terms and Conditions

Internship Grants recipients must complete the entire internship described in their application materials. Failure to complete the internship will be considered a material breach of the program requirements subjecting the student to repayment of the grant funds. These funds are awarded for the internship described in your Internship Grant application and may not be transferred to any other internship. This grant will be awarded to a candidate only once. Prior recipients may not reapply.

Deadline

Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis until all funds are distributed or until after the start of the summer term. It is strongly advised to have your resume and application reviewed before they are submitted.
