Electives and Scheduling The first half of the MBA program provides students with a strong knowledge base for advanced business studies. The interrelated and interdisciplinary core classes follow a logical progression and provide a solid foundation in the functional areas of business. During the second half of the program, students complete elective coursework. Students can declare a formal specialization or follow a general management program of study. Please read the elective policy guidelines before you register for classes. Registration Registration procedures for students differ based upon where a student is within the program and whether or not the student is enrolled in the full-time or part-time program. The graduate programs office will register all full-time students for the first semester of core classes. After that, you will be taught how to register via AccessPlus and you will be responsible for completing the registration process on your own in a timely manner. The graduate programs office will register all part-time students (evening and Saturday) for the first four semesters of core courses. Once you have completed the core courses, you will be taught how to use AccessPlus and you will be responsible for completing the registration process on your own in a timely manner. Students that have not been admitted into the MBA program will find instructions on how to enroll in a graduate level business course by clicking here. Schedule of MBA Core and
