Scholarships Scholarships are only available for full-time students. We do not have any scholarships for students enrolled in the part-time program. Scholarships range from $1,000 - $5,000. All prospective students that submit a completed application are considered for the scholarships. There isn’t a special application form. If you are awarded a scholarship, you will be notified in your acceptance letter. The “Becoming your Best” MBA Scholarship is awarded to top prospective MBA students providing full or partial tuition coverage. A graduate assistantship may be included in the financial support package to exceptional candidates. The Engineering MBA Scholarship is awarded to first-year MBA students concurrently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering major. Students must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA and at least a 650 total score on the GMAT. The First-Year MBA Student of the Year Scholarship is awarded by the MBA core faculty to recognize a full-time, first-year MBA student for outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership inside and outside the classroom.
The First-Year MBA Team of the Year Scholarship is awarded by the MBA core faculty to recognize full-time, first-year MBA students for their ability to work effectively together as a team and to develop important collaborative skills.
The Charles B. Handy MBA Scholarship is awarded to individuals and teams participating in the Iowa State University MBA Case Competition.
The Farm Bureau MBA in Agribusiness Scholarship is awarded to MBA students pursing a specialization in agribusiness or a minor in sustainable agriculture.
The Qwest MBA Scholarship is awarded to U.S. citizens who are women or ethnic minorities. Graduate
