The MBA in international business provides the knowledge and necessary tools
to function effectively within the international marketplace.
The specialization is intended for MBA students
whose career plans range from employment in a large, multinational
corporation, perhaps on an overseas assignment, to working for a small to
mid-size company regularly engaged in international trade.
Specialization Requirements: MBA Core Courses - 24 credit hours
Comprised of an integrated series of concentrated courses plus course work in
economics and statistics.

Experience Component, 3-6 credit hours
Graduate study in an established College of
Business study abroad programs including the European Summer School of Advanced
Management (ESSAM), the Consortium of Universities for International Studies
Graduate Summer Program in Italy, and the Monterrey Institute of Technology
Graduate School of Business Administration and Leadership. Other graduate
management study abroad programs, including those developed by individual
faculty, will require prior approval by the major professor.
