Exam 2 will cover chapters C5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 21, 23, 25, with an emphasis on the chapters after Quiz 2, which covered 5, 11, and 21. There are 30 objective questions worth 1 point per question and 4 questions and problems worth 45 points. The Q/Ps will focus on your understanding of fair insurance premiums, insurance coverage application to covered loss, exposure diagrams, pricing issues when parameter uncertainty is present, among others.
