Edwards Enterprise Planning Software for the Missouri State Prison Industries. The
software uses information systems technology to link all aspects of the business. The
tasks involved establishing a project implementation plan, running a pilot program,
training employees on the software and the methodology and writing procedural manuals. The
Prison Industries manufactures products at 26 sites across Missouri with annual sales of
$25 million.

scheduling, inventory control, master scheduling, purchasing, shipping and traffic.
Managed a staff which included 7 supervisors and 60 clerical and hourly employees. Served
as the project leader to implement MAPICS software and the complete integration of the
planning system through a computer information system. Universal manufactures physical
conditioning equipment with annual sales of $50 million.

Responsible for supervising 20
employees in master scheduling, production scheduling, dispatching and purchasing at a 500
employee plant with annual sales of $100 million. Planning was completed using a
corporate-wide information system. Implemented a production planning process that
coordinated activity between off-site marketing and the manufacturing plant.

supervising 20 employees in inventory control, master scheduling, material planning and
production scheduling. Served on a project team to implement all modules of MAPICS

to shop floor execution and order-fulfillment.
