Voorhees Supply Chain Conference

Cost
 The cost is $125 for registrations received on or before Friday, March 28, 2008, and $160 for those received after March 28. The cost includes all program materials, speaker sessions, and lunch. You may pay by credit card or check.

Register for the Voorhees Supply Chain Conference

 ISU Students Free
 Iowa State University students may attend the conference at no charge, although they must register. Students from outside universities and colleges may attend at the reduced cost of only $25. All students, please register here.
 

Change in Plans?
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute.  If you cancel your registration by Friday, March 28, 2008 your registration fee will be refunded less a $25 processing charge. No refunds can be made after Friday, March 28.
