Dr. Jiang
research
focuses on the impact of data quality on decision-making, the role of free
offer in the diffusion of software products, and software testing and
release policy. His research has
appeared in journals including Management Science, Information
Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, and
International Journal of Research in Marketing, and in conferences
such as ICIS, WITS, and PACIS. He serves as an associate editor for
Information Technology and Management and is a member of the Association
for Information Systems and INFORMS.
